Kō, the resort’s signature restaurant, offers guests a unique dining experience highlighting Hawaii’s plantation era-inspired cuisine. Led by award-winning executive chef Tylun Pang, Kō cuisine showcases local ingredients and the culinary influence of Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean and Japanese immigrants on the distinct flavors of the islands.
