New Restaurant & Bar: Debuts December 2022

Innovative culinary concept takes guests on a journey through Hawaiian cuisine

A meticulously designed fusion of culture meets culinary-hot-spot blends the natural elements of Maui with the five senses of each guest in the brand new venue. The expansive footprint of the new venue will seamlessly transition from the gardens of the lobby to breathtaking views of the sun setting over the ʻAlalākeiki and Kealaikahiki channels.

In December, 2022 Fairmont Kea Lani will debut a brand new food and beverage venue with two distinct concepts honoring the history of Maui and the Hawaiian Islands. This expertly-designed bar and restaurant will feature elaborate garden spaces to create a seamless transition from the outdoors in. Indigenous plants, cooking implements and fresh ingredients of traditional Hawaiian fare create an immersive step into ancient Hawaiʻi. 

The 26-seat bar commands panoramic ocean and sunset views looking across Fairmont Kea Lani’s pools and lawns. By day, the venue will showcase an innovative culinary experience centered around ingredient-forward tasting menus demonstrating the flavors and foundation of traditional Hawaiian cuisine. By sunset and beyond, the venue transforms to usher in an exciting evening with live entertainment, top mixologists pouring spirit-forward cocktails and local brews, along with innovative culinary menus that honor Hawaiʻi’s roots and heritage. A sushi bar features sustainably-caught seafood coupled with a selection of sear-it-yourself local meats and seafood offered with signature sauces.
