Experience our newest treatment at an introductory price of $185, the Lavender Mint Body Polish.

Revive stressed skin with this exhilarating two-step exfoliation using Hawaiian sea salt, organic sugar and lavender peppermint essential oils. Begin with a sea salt scrub, designed to deeply exfoliate and soften the skin. Next, enjoy a loofah exfoliation using a rich charcoal gel to detox and smooth the skin. Finish your experience with an application of our lavender peppermint body oil to replenish moisture and uplift the senses.

E Komo Mai, Willow Stream Spa

Willow Stream Spa is a place to restore your mana (energy) and embrace relaxation. We kindly request of our guests to arrive 30 minutes to one hour prior to their treatment start time to enjoy the spa facilities and to ensure that their treatment starts on time to ensure that that the treatment experience is not impacted by a late arrival.  Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities for an hour prior and an hour post their treatment.

Consult our Spa Experience Coordinators to select treatments that fulfill your personal preferences. Willow Stream Spa is located on the Lobby Level of the Fairmont Kea Lani. For details and reservations please call 1 808 875 2229 or email [email protected].

You will receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. We ask that you please leave jewelry and valuables in your suite. We are not responsible for items that are lost or left at the spa. 

Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will also be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival, so we can best customize your experience.

Gift cards for all spa services and packages are available for purchase. Please contact our Spa Experience Coordinators for further information.

Hawaiʻi State tax will be applied to all services. Gratuity is appreciated and at the discretion of the guest.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notification. Missed appointments without proper notice to spa reception are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
