Official Contest Rules – LA Rams Ticket Giveaway

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fairmont Kea Lani, the LA Rams, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Entry Period: Entries must be received by September 1, 2025. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: Subscribe to the Fairmont Kea Lani newsletter to be entered into the contest. Limit one entry per person.
4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive four (4) premium field side tickets and a parking pass to the LA Rams season kickoff vs. Houston Texans on Sunday, September 7. The prize does not include transportation, accommodations, or other expenses.
5. Restrictions: Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Winner must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
6. Winner Selection: Winner will be randomly selected and notified via email within 3 days of the contest close. If a winner does not respond within 1 day, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: Fairmont Kea Lani reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control impair the integrity of the contest.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Fairmont Kea Lani, the LA Rams, and their affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
