All fitness classes take place outdoors, we suggest bringing water, sunglasses or a hat.
All yoga classes, Full Body Fitness Fusion, Core Connection, and Mat Pilates meet at the seating area at the top of the Kea Lani Restaurant stairs by the fitness center, 5 minutes prior to class time.
Aqua Fitness meets at Adult Pool, 5 minutes prior to class time. Guests 18 years of age and older welcome.
Keiki Ninja Zone meets at Polo Lawn. Reservation fee applies. Guests 5 years to 12 years of age welcome.
Our Inspire Your Energy program also offers additional wellness services.

Class Descriptions

Core Connection: The ideal express class focused on CORE stability muscles in the abdominal and low back region. Designed to tone and build strength in this key area. All fitness levels.

Aqua Fitness: Using water as natural resistance, Water Aerobics will increase the heart rate, range of motion, and improve balance. This class is ideal for those with joint issues or for those who are looking to get fit in the pool. All fitness levels.

Full Body Fitness Fusion: A fun and efficient way to burn calories and gain strength. Build upon a variety of movements and body weight exercises throughout the session that will leave you feeling accomplished and inspired for the rest of your stay.

Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness: Take time for yourself with our unique combo class. Slowly wake up the body by adding, balance and movement into your life with various poses and learn breathing techniques that will calm your soul and create peace within. All fitness levels.

Keiki Ninja Zone: Ages 5 − 12 (R, $)
This energy-packed class includes an obstacle course, races and a fun-filled morning.

Mat Pilates: Flow through a series of movements designed to wake up “little muscles” in your core that will build strength and restore balance to your body. All fitness levels.

Relaxing Sunset Yoga: Breathe in the fresh Maui air and unwind by listening to the ocean waves during your practice. Reconnect to your surroundings and senses during a relaxing outdoor yoga class to enhance your evening. All fitness levels.
