All fitness classes take place outdoors, we suggest bringing water, sunglasses and a hat.
All classes – with the exception of Aqua Fitness – meet at the seating area at the top of the Kea Lani Restaurant stairs by the fitness center, 10 minutes prior to class time.
Aqua Fitness meets at Adult Pool, 10 minutes prior to class time. Guests 18 years of age and older welcome.

Class Descriptions
Aqua Fitness: Using water as natural resistance, Water Aerobics will increase the heart rate, range of motion, and improve balance. This class is ideal for those with joint issues or for those who are looking to get fit in the pool. All fitness levels.
Balance & Flow Yoga: Challenge your balance in this hybrid yoga class, seamlessly linking poses in a slow, controlled flow. By cultivating stability and mindful movement, you’ll strengthen both body and mind—building a foundation essential for lifelong health and wellness. All fitness levels.
Full Body Fitness Fusion: A fun and efficient way to burn calories and gain strength. Build upon a variety of movements and body weight exercises throughout the session that will leave you feeling accomplished and inspired for the rest of your stay. All fitness levels.
Gentle Stretch & Core: An ideal class to compliment your pre or post workout or to just start your day. Improve flexibility, enhance range of motion and target core muscle groups. All fitness levels.
Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness: Take time for yourself with our unique combo class. Slowly wake up the body by adding, balance and movement into your life with various poses and learn breathing techniques that will calm your soul and create peace within. All fitness levels.
Glutes & Core: Centered on building strength in the abdominals, core, and glutes, this class blends the precision and flow of Pilates with added intensity. Expect targeted exercises designed to enhance core stability and develop powerful, well-conditioned glutes. All fitness levels.
Mat Pilates: Flow through a series of movements designed to wake up “little muscles” in your core that will build strength and restore balance to your body. All fitness levels.
Mindful Core & Mobility: Focusing on a strong, stable core while integrating targeted mobility exercises. Practicing movements that promote a healthy range of motion, supported by both strength and flexibility. Expect a balanced blend of exercises that challenge and enhance these qualities. All fitness levels.
Sunset Yoga: Breathe in the fresh Maui air and unwind listening to the ocean waves during your practice. Reconnect to your surroundings and senses during a relaxing outdoor yoga class to enhance your evening. All fitness levels.
Vinyasa Flow: As a beginner or skilled practitioner, you will match your movement with your breath. Take the opportunity to learn the basics or move into variations that challenge your current practice. All fitness levels.
