We begin with 40 minutes of soothing sound healing to calm the nervous system and soften the mind, followed by a traditional Cacao Ceremony. Together, we gather in sacred space to sip ceremonial cacao, set intentions, and open the heart through meditation and gentle guidance. Used ceremonially for thousands of years by ancient Central and South American cultures, cacao has long been honored as a plant ally for connection, inner awakening, and creative flow. This nourishing medicine supports emotional openness, clarity, and heart-centered presence.
