Join us in nurturing hope, supporting our community, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children across the island.

Hawaiʻi-Inspired Ornament Making
Create lasting memories with your ʻohana at our Hawaiʻi-inspired ornament-making workshop, held in the serene, ocean-facing Hale Kukuna. Using locally sourced elements like native woods, dried botanicals, and island foliage, you’ll craft ornaments that reflect the beauty and spirit of Hawaiʻi. This hands-on experience is open to all ages and offers meaningful keepsakes to celebrate the season.

Festive Hula Lessons
Experience beloved holiday songs reimagined through the graceful art of hula, one of Hawaiʻi’s most cherished cultural traditions. Set within the ocean-facing Hale Kukuna, this enriching presentation invites you to feel the warmth and rhythm of the islands as music and dance come together in a heartfelt celebration of the season.

Festive ʻUkulele Lessons
Immerse yourself in the uplifting melodies of the season as you explore the art of the ʻukulele—a cherished instrument in Hawaiʻi, though its origins trace back to Portugal. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this interactive experience offers thoughtful guidance and inspiration, inviting you to connect with the ʻukulele’s distinctive charm and its enduring place in Hawaiʻi’s musical traditions.

From December 14th, 2025 through December 22nd, 2025, we invite you to join us each evening at sunset in the PILINA Garden for a ceremonial menorah lighting in honor of Hanukkah. This cherished tradition celebrates the Festival of Lights and offers a meaningful opportunity to gather in the spirit of community, reflection, and hope. Surrounded by the beauty of the garden at dusk, guests are welcomed to share in this moment of unity and reverence.

Wreath Making
Guests are invited to craft an elegant holiday wreath, thoughtfully designed with a vibrant selection of native and tropical blooms and lush foliage, blending seasonal beauty with island-inspired artistry. Classes will be offered within Hale Kukuna, our ocean-facing Hawaiian cultural center.

Sunset Torch Lighting Ceremony
In keeping with time-honored tradition, skilled torch lighters gracefully illuminate each torch across the resort grounds, casting a warm glow in anticipation of the evening. The ceremony concludes with a resonant oli (chant), a poetic tribute that celebrates the moment and invites the spirit of the night to unfold.

Dive-In Movie Night Featuring Moana 2
